How To Clean Copper?
Cleaning the inside of unlined copper is essential. To remove any verdigris on an unlined pan, use a vinegar-salt solution or rub it with lemon sprinkled with salt.
Rinse and dry the pan.If you have an iron-handled pan, rust on the handle may be scrubbed (a light gauge steel wool works well) off and then lightly oiled.
How To Clean Stainless Steel?
Here we show you step by step. We don't recomment to use the dishwasher to clean M'COOK products. Indeed, the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach and/or oven cleaners is not recommended and can scratch or damage your cookware. Misuse of your cookware will void your lifetime warranty. Bleach will erode the Stainless Steel interior and should not be used on any Mauviel cookware.
Usage & Care
- Do not use high heat for a long period of time.
- Do not leave empty pan on a heated burner for an extended period of time.
- For items that are not dishwasher safe, do not use in dishwasher.
