MAUVIEL 1830. SHIPPING POLICY

UNITED STATES. FREE GROUND Shipping on orders above $300.00

Primary shipping method is UPS Ground.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority or Ground Maill. Express and/or Overnight delivery services are not available at this time for this regions.

Available store items are typically shipped (processed, packed, and submitted to UPS or USPS) within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.

Special orders/requests may take longer to process.

Please allow a few more business days for delivery. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES. We ship via DHL with applicable duties and taxes displayed at checkout whenever possible. Please note that customs clearance procedures, import regulations, and any additional fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. These may vary depending on the destination country and the nature of the items ordered. While we aim to provide transparency during checkout, Mauviel does not manage or reimburse customs-related charges, nor do we offer direct assistance with clearance processes handled by the carrier.

Customers are notified via e-mail of any backorder situations and have the option to cancel the backorder prior to shipment.

Shipments to residents are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are applicable elsewhere at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders once they have been placed. If you have placed an order and need to cancel it, the package needs to be refused upon delivery; shipping charges will not be refundable, including Free Ground Shipping orders unless we are able to cancel your order. There is no guarantee of cancellation once an order is placed.

We make every effort to stop orders that are cancelled upon customer request. However, if cancellation is requested while package is in transit, a re-stocking fee will apply.

The re-stocking fee to be charged is the cost that carrier charges us for shipping to your destination and back to our warehouse. This re-stocking applies to all free shipping orders. This charge depends on weight and destination. it varies from 15% to 20%.

EXPEDITE DELIVERIES / TRANSIT TIME

Shipping charges are not refundable if there is a delay due to weather conditions or a nature related cause.
