Sea Bream Ceviche

Ingredients:

-2 grey sea bream fillets

-10 pink radishes

-2 shallots

-6 ¾ tablespoons olive oil (equivalent to 10 cl)

-Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or dill, to taste)

-1 lime

-Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

First step

-Slice the sea bream into very thin slices.

-Use a mandoline to cut the radishes into thin slices.

Second step

-Finely slice the shallots on a bias.

-Squeeze the juice from the lime.

Third step

Mix all the vegetables with the lime juice and pepper.

Arrange the thin slices of sea bream flat on an oval dish, drizzle with olive oil, then top with the vegetables and a few fresh herbs of your choice.
