Mauviel offers a limited lifetime warranty on its products, covering defects in workmanship.
What the warranty covers
What's covered
- Defects in material, construction or workmanship
- Under normal household use, following the care instructions
- Repair or replacement of the defective item
What's not covered
- Presence of hot spots
- Overheating, or damage from cooking spray
- Presence of water spots
- Commercial use
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Retinning of tin-lined cookware, which is normal maintenance
How to make a claim
Have your proof of purchase ready: order confirmation, invoice or receipt.
Email us
Send an email to customerhelp@mauviel.com describing the reason for the claim, with photos of the piece.
We reply
Customer Service replies within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your email.
Assessment
We assess the claim with the information you provided.
Repair or replace
If the claim is approved, we send return instructions with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), and your item is replaced or repaired.
The warranty claim process takes between 7 and 10 days.
