Mauviel 1830 M'TRIPLY S Polished Copper & Stainless Steel Sauce Pan. 2.6-qt — Open Box

• Condition: Brand new with a minor cosmetic flaw: a small scratch on the outside that doesn't affect its performance. Unused and in perfect working condition.
• Made in France. Mauviel is the leading cookware manufacturer for professional and household chefs throughout the world. A saucepan is perfect for boiling water. A saucepan excels at cooking anything that's mostly liquid. This means it's great for stewing, simmering, making soups and, unsurprisingly, making sauces like pasta sauce.
• High performance. 3 layers of stainless steel, aluminum, and copper offers a rapid, uniform heat conductivity and controlled even heat distribution. It makes the most of copper's natural ability to transfer and distribute heat. Alloy is as follows: Interior stainless steel (16%), aluminium (64%), exterior brushed copper (20%). 18/10 stainless-steel interior won't react with food and ensures foolproof browning and easy cleanup
• Stay Cool Handles. Cast stainless steel handles stay cool during use. No dishwasher safe. Glass see through lid
• Dimension of Pan: 2.6 qt. Saucepan. Diameter: 7.1-in, Height: 3.9-in

Induction: with the Mauviel induction interface disc (sold separately).

• Use medium heat. Mauviel cookware conducts heat so well that you rarely need more than 60% of your burner's power (about 6 on a dial of 10).
• Do not leave an empty pan on a hot burner.
• Hand-wash unless the product is marked dishwasher safe. Avoid scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach and oven cleaners; they can scratch or damage your cookware, and bleach erodes stainless steel.
